About Us
Our names are Josh Boissevain and Lindsey Ratcliff. We are students from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and passionate about Colorado water law. We are conducting an anonymous survey about self-represented parties in Colorado water courts and water rights administration. We hope to better understand the obstacles self-represented parties face throughout the process; any challenges their participations causes for the courts, administrators, attorneys, and other parties; and any possible solutions. If you have any questions about our project, please feel free to drop us a line!
